Its time for part four of our 'New Arrivals' post with 4 more players. Yeah we have this many new comers this year. Still waiting on a few people to get back to me with the new players they have. Hopefully it The Mens sections will be done by tomorrow. Then we will start on the ladies side which Piles, Spur, Tatty and Mona will be helping me out with (By this I mean actually doing it and letting me post it so I can take all the credit for it)

I had no idea his name was Max? Anyway that’s besides the point. I was introduced to Dan thru mutual friends….that isn’t hockey friends…it means we have the same friend. This was about two years ago at a shitty, don’t want to go there again campsite called *Deleted for security reasons*. The kind of place you have to light a fire to have a warm shower…..outside. Soon Dan will descover the awesomeness that is Mutual hockey club. Tricked into playing hockey again by Speedo before realising there was running involved. He has been out of the game for a while but seems keen to get back in there!

Playing position: Forward Current team: 2’s
We were lucky enough to fall into Ninja’s 3 year cycle (my sources tell me that he chops and changes sports as often as Goose changes his hockey socks….so every 3 years) Also having the attention span of a brick, it took me 35 minutes to get him to tell me his birthday. Joining the club as a forward for the 2s this year, looks like we going to have a hot 2s side......lets hope they can play hockey as well. #Yeah i said it

Another member of the EHS old boys (Yes that’s right another Edgemead player – soon we will be known as EMCPUT) Pete was pulled out of retirement recently. Another notch of KFM’s ‘I recruited him’ belt. He will be one of our more ‘experienced’ players in the 3s this year. Let’s hope his legs last!

Our very own superstar/rapper/producer. South Africa’s version of P Diddy, but also having some phenomenal stick work to go with it. Reasonable unfit at the moment, it’s a toss-up between him and Mo who can last longer, lol. Recruited from Durbanville by Rusty, it’s always good to have youngsters join the club. Time for the seniors to initiate….um…. I mean mould this youngster. If he has half the hockey lifespan of Demon, he will be playing hockey for the next 40 years. Lets hope he plays them at Mutual.
