Opponents: Mutual 3s

Bring on the Mutual derby! With the 4s taking on their
toughest opponents of the season, we went into this game prepared to play a
very defensive game! As the first half started, the 4s were a little sluggish
in their defense. And so with that said, the 3s scored four goals within the
first half. Oh joy. But, we all had our half time talk and went onto play the
second half only conceding one goal to the three's in the second half.
Things the ladies will really have to work on though is:
Marking! Ladies who are in specific positions need to
MARK! Way too many times were their open players from the 3s.
Feet! Also way too many balls being given away due to our
feet getting in the way!
Positioning! Players not being in their correct position,
with the wings and links being too close to each other
So, now we go into our next match, with our heads held
high and hungry for a win!
And Laura, I will bring a portable bar with to UCT's
grass fields on Saturday if you do not let them score any goals on Saturday!
Final score: Mutual (3s) 5 - 0 Mutual (4s)
